Cuba's other golf course besides Varadero: a 9-hole, par-35 layout built by the British in the late 1940s in Boyeros. Widely reported by visitors and golf press to be operating in a run-down, low-traffic state (improvised flagsticks, few players) but technically open daily to the public with a clubhouse, lessons and rentals.
