The island's territorial museum, housed in a restored late-18th-century Swedish-era commandant's warehouse at La Pointe in Gustavia. Ground-floor exhibition hall traces the island's history from Taino/Arawak Quanalao through Swedish rule (1784-1878) to today; runs rotating exhibitions dedicated to Caribbean islands and contemporary Caribbean art (e.g. 2026 'Martinique, Cartographies Intimes'). Operated by the Collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy.
