Bienvenue chezWelcome to
Caribbein
The marketplace is in open beta — explore all of it while we prepare the launch; bookings aren’t processed yet. The app is in private beta until 1 September, opening with Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten, Anguilla and St-Barthélemy. Here’s what the two of them give you:
Stays, boats, tables, rides, tours and experiences — 30 islands, booked in one place.
Residents get community, jobs, the local market, sport and events too.
A flat 10% commission, and 20% of it funds local projects islanders vote on.
There’s a word we don’t say out loud enough here — extraction. It isn’t new, and it’s still happening, quietly, every day.
— to Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Viator and the rest — banked in Dublin and San Francisco.
A booking made on our beach pays a server bill in San Francisco. It doesn’t hire our people, fix our roads, or fund a single local project. For years, that was just how it worked. It’s 2026 — the tools exist, the talent is here, and for the first time that money can stay home.
Caribbein is the ecosystem that keeps it here. One place to book the islands — and a flat 10% commission where €2 of every €100 funds local projects islanders vote on. Every booking is money that doesn’t leave: reducing extraction now, so we can invest here — and one day, stop it.
20% of our commission funds local projects that islanders vote on. Published on every page of the product — you can watch where it goes.
Each pitch plays right here and closes when it’s done — or open the pitch page to download the decks (.pptx).
Booking commissions aren’t the only thing that leaves. The software that runs a business — the POS, the booking engine, the school licence — bills it every month, to a company far away. So we built a free OS for each trade, to keep that money home too.
Two of nineteen. One for every trade on the island —
Floor plan and service board, menus, orders to the kitchen and clean bills — and your tables bookable straight from the Caribbein app.
One calendar for every villa — bookings, cleaning turnovers and owner statements, with channel sync to the big OTAs while direct bookings stay fee-free.
Fleet calendar, charter bookings, crew day sheets and the clearance paperwork that eats a captain’s morning.
Already running with clients today — but not yet something you can book or buy through Caribbein. It joins the lineup when it moves onto the platform.
Run sheets, prep lists, passenger manifests and engine hours — a day boat from dock to dock, weather included.
Front desk, housekeeping, rates and availability in one calm screen — from a four-room guesthouse to a resort.
Front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa, recreation, grounds, security, HR and the books — fifteen departments of a resort on one system.
Drivers, dispatch and airport transfers on the official fare grid — riders book from the same app the island already uses.
A whole taxi business on one phone — jobs, zones and fares, arrival times, receipts and ratings. No desk, no office, no monthly licence.
Appointments, chair schedules, deposits and no-show protection for salons, barbers and nail artists.
Class schedules, practitioner calendars, packages and at-villa bookings for spas and therapists.
Memberships, sessions, training plans and player evaluations — clubs run leagues and tournaments, parents follow along.
Classes, attendance, homework, report cards and parent messaging — free for every school, ready for the rentrée.
Event pages, ticketing, artist profiles and festival programmes — with fees that stay on the island.
Inquiries, quotes, event calendars and floor plans for venues and event spaces.
Stock, sales and a simple storefront for island shops — born in an optician’s, built for any counter.
Already running with clients today — but not yet something you can book or buy through Caribbein. It joins the lineup when it moves onto the platform.
Leads, pipelines and follow-ups for teams that sell — without the per-seat bill.
Quotes, jobs and schedules for home and pro services — found by the whole island in the app.
Batch traceability from the boat or the field to the plate, one-tap recall, weekly veg-box shares, food-safety checklists and the forecast that decides the day.
Clients, appointments and invoices for independent professionals.
Seventeen are open to providers now, free to use — Caribbein only earns a flat 10% when a booking comes through, and 20% of that goes straight back to the island. The two marked not yet on Caribbein are already running with clients; they join when they move onto the platform.
We're opening with Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten, Anguilla and St-Barthélemy — and we need everyone: the people who live here, the people who visit, and the businesses that make the islands run. Join the beta: help us test it and shape what we build next.
We’re not waiting: we’re launching now, in the open, so schools and sports clubs are ready for the first week of September — and building the rest as we go. Your support is the team that finishes the work and puts it in the island’s hands. Everything stays free, forever.
European programmes don’t hand out money — they match it. They require the project to bring local funding of its own first, and that’s exactly what this campaign is. So every goal below does double duty: it pays for the team, and it strengthens the European application sitting behind it.
Being eligible isn’t being funded — nothing is approved yet, and we’ll publish what happens either way. Rate shown is the confirmed one; we’ll only quote a higher one once it’s in writing.
Marketing? At the cost of talent, not budget — social + AI-made content.
Five euros. Three friends. One Caribbean.
The whole ecosystem — the everyday app and every OS — stays free for everyone, forever. You’re not buying access; you’re funding the thing that stays free.
Soon on Ulule.
Every tier includes a numbered Day Zero badge, your name on the Founders Wall, the digital pack, a numbered certificate — and one raffle entry for L’Introuvable.
The embroidered Caribbein-colours set. It can’t be bought — won by raffle (every tier enters) or by recruiting the most backers.
Merch prices exclude shipping — pickup on Saint-Martin is free, at The First Lime.
The campaign runs on Ulule — pledges are handled there, rewards are honoured here.
