Help lives where you would look for it: in the menu, next to everything else, not on a separate site. Ask Caribbein opens a message to our team on Saint-Martin, by email or on WhatsApp, and the answer comes from Saint-Martin.

  1. Open the menu.
  2. Under Help, tap Ask Caribbein.
  3. Write your question in the message that opens.
  4. The answer comes back from Saint-Martin.

What you can do

  • It sits under Help, never more than the menu away, wherever you are in the app.
  • The app runs in English, French and Spanish; write in the one you are comfortable with.
