3. Hosting
caribbein.fr and the Caribbein platform are hosted by Railway Corporation (application infrastructure) and Supabase, Inc. (database, storage, authentication).

Production servers are currently located in the United States. A migration to an EU region is planned before the service opens generally. What this means for your data is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Purpose of the site
caribbein.fr presents the Caribbein project, collects beta and crowdfunding sign-ups, and gives access to a preview of the Caribbein marketplace. Caribbein acts as an intermediary connecting users with independent providers: it is neither the seller nor the provider of the services displayed.
5. Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy. The competent supervisory authority is the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
6. Intellectual property
The Caribbein name, logo, visual identity, texts, illustrations and site code are protected. Corresponding trademark applications are pending at the French INPI. Reproduction or public performance (représentation), in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Provider photographs and information come from the providers themselves or from stock libraries and remain the property of their respective owners. Takedown requests can be sent to welcome@caribbein.fr and are handled promptly.
7. Third-party links and content
The site links to third-party sites (social networks, the crowdfunding platform, provider websites). Caribbein has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.
8. Consumer mediation
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may refer an unresolved dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, after first contacting Caribbein in writing. No mediator appointed yet — appointment required before the service opens to consumers. EU consumers may also use the European online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
This notice is governed by French law as applicable in the Collectivité de Saint-Martin. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over Saint-Martin, subject to mandatory rules allowing a consumer to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
